- Applicants must have graduated from a school in WA State that is predominantly low-income and under-resourced high schools.
- Applicants must have achieved a 3.5 or better High School GPA.
- Applicants must have achieved a SAT score of 1091 or better.
- Transfer students who graduated from one of these eligible high schools must have achieved at least a 3.0 transfer GPA or better.
