Eligibility Criteria for FGS Emergency Bursary:

Applicants must:

Be a registered graduate student in the second year or later of a full-time program at Dalhousie University
Be experiencing a temporary financial emergency
Demonstrate financial need
Have applied for Canadian and/or provincial student loans
Not have received more than one emergency bursary within the past 12 months.

Value of FGS Emergency Bursary:

Up to $1,000.

Application Process:

Complete the online emergency bursary application and submit required supporting documents (including loan application or financial documentation). Applications are reviewed monthly, and funds are either applied to tuition fees or sent via e-transfer.
