Eligibility for the Esther Rose Goodman Prize for Excellence in Journalism Fund:

Applicants must:

Be declared majors in Journalism and Mass Communication
Be senior undergraduate students
Be graduating in the spring or summer terms
Be in good academic standing
Have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to awarding decisions.
Preferably:
- Be junior or senior students
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA in journalism
- Be on the journalism track with an emphasis on news editorial journalism
- Demonstrate excellence in journalistic reporting.
