Overview

If an international student is enrolled in one of the University of Essex's global channel partners, they may qualify for a scholarship of up to £3,000 or a 20% tuition fee discount during their first year of study.

Eligibility for Essex Global Partner Scholarship:

  • Only international self-funding students are eligible for these awards.
  • This grant will be considered for students who join Essex from one of the Global Channel Partners, The Indian Global Channel Partners include: Presidency University and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies
  • The accelerated Master's progression programs listed in the link/partnership agreement between the University and the relevant Global Channel Partner are the only ones that students may enroll in.
  • To begin a full-time Masters program at the University of Essex in the academic year 2025–2026, students must register in either October 2025 or January 2026.
  • The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship offered by the University of Essex.
  • This scholarship is exclusively offered to Essex students during their first year of master's studies.
  • Those that are accepted should be available for promotional events.

Application Process:

The student will be given this award automatically if they fulfill all the requirements for eligibility. They do not need to fill out an application. The academic transcripts and certifications they send with their application for a spot at Essex will be used by the University to determine the applicant's eligibility.
