Overview:
The EPM Projects Scholarship supports high-achieving female students and encourages more women to enter the building industry. The recipient also gains a work-integrated learning placement with EPM Projects, a leading Australian development and project management firm.
Eligibility for EPM Projects Scholarship:
- Be Female; and
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or the holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa; and
- Be enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Construction Project Management (C10214); and
- Have successfully completed a minimum of 96 credit points (or equivalent) in their course at the time of the scholarship application; and
- Have achieved a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 or above; and
- Submit a curriculum vitae; and
- All candidates must apply using the UTS online Scholarships Application form to be eligible; and
- All candidates must be available to attend an interview (in person or via zoom).
Selection process:
- Alignment of values, goals and culture with those of EPM Projects;
- Knowledge of Construction Project Management;
- Motivation and interest to succeed in their chosen Construction Project Management course;
- Initiative in personal and professional life;
- Academic Merit.
Application Process:
- Remain enrolled full-time (minimum 18 credit points in Autumn and Spring) in the Bachelor of Construction Project Management (C10214).
- In exceptional cases, recipients may apply for part-time study approval, with payments adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
