Ensemble Scholarships at College of Arts, Media and Design, Northeastern University, Boston 2026

The Ensemble Scholarships at College of Arts, Media and Design, Northeastern University, Boston offers scholarships for instrumental, orchestral, and choral musicians in support of our large ensembles on campus.

Eligibility Criteria for the Ensemble Scholarships:

• The application is open to all nationals.
• The scholarship is offered to students pursuing undergraduate course.
• Most ensembles are open to all students regardless of major. However, as Music concentrators are required to take ensembles as part of their curriculum, they receive precedence if competing with a non-Music major of equal musicianship for a position in a group.

Selection Process:

Auditions are required as per the strength of the ensemble and the selected society.

Value of the Scholarship:

Scholarships ranging from $2,500-$5,000 per year are available on a competitive basis for full-time first-year and NUin students who display strong musical talent for participation in Northeastern’s Wind Ensemble, Choral Society, University Orchestra, and Pep Band.
