EMTEK STEM Scholarship for Indigenous Students at the University of Western Australia 2025

Introduction: 

The EMTEK STEM Scholarship for Indigenous Students is funded by EMtek Pty Ltd and administered by the University of Western Australia. It supports Indigenous undergraduate students pursuing studies in STEM disciplines, with a strong preference for engineering, and encourages participation in industry experience such as internships or work-integrated learning (WIL) with EMtek.

Eligibility requirements for the EMTEK STEM Scholarship for Indigenous Students at the University of Western Australia:

• Applicants must be a domestic student.
• be an Australian Indigenous person (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander).
• Be enrolled, or eligible to enrol, full-time in a STEM-related Bachelor’s degree at the University of Western Australia

Value of the scholarship:

A full-time student will be awarded AUD 25,000

Applicants apply through the scholarship system of the University of Western Australia when applications are open.
