Overview

The scholarship has been established to honour Elsa and Dante Cicuttini. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to disadvantaged students seeking to complete a Monash undergraduate Engineering degree.

Eligibility Criteria for the Elsa and Dante Cicuttini Scholarship at Monash University :

  • Be one of the following:
    • Australian citizen
    • New Zealand citizen
    • Australian permanent resident
    • Australian humanitarian visa holder
  • Be a current or commencing full-time undergraduate student enrolling in a Monash University Engineering single or double degree at an Australian campus.
  • Experience financial hardship.
  • Belong to one or more of the following educational disadvantage groups:
    • Recent refugee
    • From a regional or remote area
    • Living with a disability or medical condition
    • From a non-English speaking background
    • Experiencing difficult family or life circumstances
    • From an underrepresented school
    • From a low socioeconomic status (SES) area
  • Be accepted to participate in the Access Monash program.

Value of the Elsa and Dante Cicuttini Scholarship at Monash University :

  • $10,000 per annum (48 credit points of study) up to a maximum of four years.
