Overview

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their master's and PhD programs.

It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants up to 30 years old from developing countries at the master’s level, and applicants up to 30 years old from developing and industrialized countries at the PhD level.

Documents required: 

  •  Applicant must provide their location, email address, and phone number. Certificate of academic enrollment
  • Enrollment in the national health insurance plan (Sécurité Sociale) 
  • Campus France will send you two documents each year to track your academic progress, which must be signed and returned by your school.
  • Documents include an assessment form for the first semester and a performance report after the academic year.
