Overview

The Fogarty Foundation will provide six scholarships in 2023 to support students enrolled in and completing a postgraduate (either a graduate certificate or master's) in Education specializing in either Learning Difficulties or Special Education. It is hoped these scholarships will enable teachers to upgrade their qualifications in the above respective areas and to build a cohort of specialization and support throughout and after their studies.

Eligibility for the Fogarty Foundation Scholarships:

  • Applicants must be Australian citizens or Permanent residents or be based in Western Australia.
  • Candidates should have and maintain an academic progression status of GREEN and be studying a minimum of 15cp.
  • Students must not be a previous recipient of this scholarship and be currently enrolled in eligible courses.

Required documents:

  • A written personal statement
  • Copy of your teaching qualifications and academic transcripts.

Application: Applicants must apply through the Application ECU Online Scholarship Application Portal. 

Value: Successful candidates are awarded a sum of up to AUD 5,000.
