This scholarship was established in 2023 by Drew W. Browning as a memorial to his late wife. Dr Judy Watts Brady achieved great success in her lifetime endeavor to assist others. Whether she was in private practice or fulfilling her many public mental health responsibilities throughout her life, such as acting as the governor's appointed Director of the Utah State Division of Alcoholism and Drugs, where she was famously the first woman to occupy the position.
