TGS Dr. Betty Berkeley Graduate Award

The TGS Dr. Betty Berkeley Graduate Award supports graduate students who are pursuing a Master of Arts or Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of North Texas.

Eligibility criteria for the TGS Dr. Betty Berkeley Graduate Award:

• The applicant must either be a continuing graduate student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, or an entering graduate student who has been admitted to the Interdisciplinary Studies program.
• The applicant must be enrolled in the Master of Arts or Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies program.
• The applicants who are continuing must be current students at the university.
• The applicants who are entering must be admitted students at the university.

Application process for the TGS Dr. Betty Berkeley Graduate Award:

• The applicants must submit a 500-word essay explaining how their degree in Interdisciplinary Studies will impact their future career objectives, including relevant past achievements and how the scholarship will help them achieve their academic goals.
• The applicants must apply through the University of North Texas scholarship portal by the application deadline.
• The applicants can submit their FAFSA, but it is not required.
