The Dorothy Dunnett Centenary Awards, supported by the Dorothy Dunnett Society, comprise two annual awards for research in history, politics, culture, or religion relating to the 11th, 15th, and 16th centuries.

Eligibility for Dorothy Dunnett Centenary Awards at University of the Highlands and Islands 2026

The applicant must be a current research student at the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI).
The applicant must be enrolled in either a master's or PhD programme at UHI.
The applicant must submit a research proposal that aligns with the charitable aims of the Dorothy Dunnett Society.
