The Don and Ruth Flynn and Family Award at the University of Northern British Columbia supports nursing students who demonstrate community involvement, volunteer service, and academic achievement.

Eligibility Criteria for the  Don and Ruth Flynn and Family Award, University of Northern British Columbia 2026 :

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students enrolled in an eligible BSc Nursing program.
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.33.
• Applicants must demonstrate community service or volunteer involvement at UNBC or in their community.
• Their involvement should demonstrate innovation and creative community interests.
• First preference is given to residents of Northern British Columbia.
