DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion Graphic Culture Research Grant offers awards to research related to graphic design and graphic arts irrespective of disciplines, regardless of humanities or science, to contribute to developing graphic design and graphic art culture in Japan and worldwide.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be full-time researchers enrolled at universities, museums, and other research institutions.
- Applicants identified as part-time researchers or postgraduate students enrolled at universities, museums, or other research institutions for whom a university professor or director is eligible.
- Individual researchers who do not belong to a specific institution, etc., and who are recommended by a university professor, director, or equivalent.
Application Process:

- The Foundation’s screening committee selects the shortlisted candidates.
Value of the Scholarship:
- The successful applicants will receive a grant of up to JPY 500,000 yearly.
