Diversity in the Civil Service bursary 2023

Diversity in the Civil Service bursary 2023 is offered by The Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) for students planning to do the preparatory course for the French competitive examinations for the civil service at the university.

• Eligibility for Diversity in the Civil Service Bursary:
• Applicants must be nationals of a Member State of the EU or EEA as well as Swiss nationals
• Applicants can combine the scholarship with the Crous bursary or with social criteria grants which is taxable.
• The merit of the candidate linked to his previous career, the absence of repetition, and the candidate's motivation to join the civil service (CV and cover letter)
• Applicant must provide evidence if the candidate has been domiciled in the priority neighborhood of the city (QPV) or rural revitalization area (ZRR)
• If the school attended by the applicant was classified as a city priority political district (QPV) or rural revitalization area (RPA) at the BAC only, it should be mentioned along with proof.

Value of the scholarship:

• Students participating in a "Prépa Talents" training cycle are eligible to receive a €4,000 Bourses Talents grant, provided they submit a request to their academic adviser for it.
• The €2,000 scholarship is available to students who are not enrolled in a "Prépas Talents" training cycle, and they must apply online (FR).
