Eligibility for The 'FSV UK SCHOLARS' Program

Applicants must:

Be enrolled in a fee-based programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.
Be in the first three years of a Bachelor’s programme or the first two years of a Master’s programme.
Be in a demonstrably difficult financial situation.
Settle any prior tuition fee debts before receiving the scholarship.

Value of the The 'FSV UK SCHOLARS' Program:

One-time lump sum: approx. CZK 75,000 (~EUR 3,000)
Purpose: Support living costs only (no tuition fee waiver)
Duration: 1 year; must reapply in subsequent years

Application Process:

Submit a complete application, including:
- A motivation essay (max 1000 words) explaining financial need and study goals
- One letter of recommendation from a relevant academic
Fresh applicants must also submit an application for their chosen study programme by the deadline.
