    Eligibility for The 'FSV UK SCHOLARS' Program

    Applicants must:

    • Be enrolled in a fee-based programme at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.
    • Be in the first three years of a Bachelor’s programme or the first two years of a Master’s programme.
    • Be in a demonstrably difficult financial situation.
    • Settle any prior tuition fee debts before receiving the scholarship.

    Value of the The 'FSV UK SCHOLARS' Program:

    • One-time lump sum: approx. CZK 75,000 (~EUR 3,000)
    • Purpose: Support living costs only (no tuition fee waiver)
    • Duration: 1 year; must reapply in subsequent years

    Application Process:

    • Submit a complete application, including:
      • A motivation essay (max 1000 words) explaining financial need and study goals
      • One letter of recommendation from a relevant academic
    • Fresh applicants must also submit an application for their chosen study programme by the deadline.
