Dean's Faculty of Engineering PhD Scholarship for Vietnam at the University of Sydney 2024

A postgraduate research scholarship supports graduates from universities in Vietnam to pursue a PhD in the Faculty of Engineering.

Eligibility for Dean's Faculty of Engineering PhD Scholarship for Vietnam at the University of Sydney:

• Applicant must have an unconditional offer to study a full-time PhD in the Faculty of Engineering.
• The candidate must be a citizen of Vietnam.
• The applicant should have completed their undergraduate degree at a university in Vietnam.
• Candidate should have obtained a grade equivalent to a University of Sydney WAM of 75 in your previous tertiary studies.
• The applicant must have applied for the Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend Scholarship.

Value/Benefits of the scholarship:

For a maximum of three years, the scholarship will offer an annual stipend allowance equal to the minimum Research Training Program (RTP) stipend rate, pending satisfactory academic progress. The recipient is eligible to request a six-month extension.
