About the scholarship:
Established by the kind donation of Dean Cinque, principal of Cinque Oakley Senior Lawyers, who immigrated to Australia from Italy as a kid and was the first in his family to attend university.
Eligibility:
- The candidate ought to have submitted an application and been accepted into the Melbourne Juris Doctor program for the next intake.
- The applicant should have submitted an application under the "Disadvantaged socio-economic circumstances" category through Graduate Access Melbourne (GAM):
- Candidates must meet the requirements for GAM eligibility.
- Candidates for the Juris Doctor degree are required to add to their application by filling out the Disadvantaged Socio-economic Circumstances Supplementary Form. This form consists of a 750-word statement in addition to summaries of their income and costs.
- The assertions of applicants must be supported by pertinent, independently verifiable documents, such as pay stubs and Centrelink statements.
