Awarded to a high ranking student entering the graduate program or the undergraduate program in Chemistry. Preference will be given to a graduate student although it may be awarded to an undergraduate student if a qualified graduate student is not available. For further information contact the Chair of the Department of Chemistry. The Department of Chemistry will forward their selection to the Office of Graduate Studies.

Eligibility for David Jones Silver Jubilee Scholarship:

  • Must be a high-ranking student entering either the graduate or undergraduate program in Chemistry
  • Preference is given to graduate students; however, the award may be given to an undergraduate student if no qualified graduate student is available
  • Selection is based on academic excellence
  • The Department of Chemistry will forward its selected candidate to the Office of Graduate Studies
