CTW Ada Jackson Scholarship for Secondary Education at the University of Western Australia 2026

Introduction: 

The CTW Ada Jackson Scholarship for Secondary Education is a coursework scholarship offered by the Centenary Trust for Women at the University of Western Australia (UWA). It is designed to support and encourage eligible female students to commence a Master of Teaching (Secondary). The scholarship honors Ada Jackson, who completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Science (Zoology) in the 1920s.

Eligibility requirements for the CTW Ada Jackson Scholarship for Secondary Education at the University of Western Australia:

• Applicants must be an Australian female citizen.
• Must have one of the following academic backgrounds:
  • Completed 96 credit points of the combined Bachelor of Science and Master of Teaching (Secondary) degree, OR completed an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Have received or accepted an offer of a place in the Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the University of Western Australia.

Value of the scholarship:

A full-time student will be awarded AUD 7,500.
