  To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must have achieved excellence in their chosen sport at national or international levels, and be willing to represent the University at a high standard in that sport. The sport must be part of BUCS Sport, Olympic Sports, or Paralympic Sports. If you become a recipient of the scholarship, you will be required to sign a contract granting the University perpetual rights to use your image for promotional purposes. You may also be requested to attend certain media events.

Applicants must:

Demonstrate excellence in their chosen sport at national or international level.
Be willing and able to represent Coventry University in their sport.
Compete in a sport recognized within:
- BUCS Sport
- Olympic Sports
- Paralympic Sports
Be enrolled or accepted onto an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course at the university.
