Eligibility Criteria for Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships 2025:
- Be a citizen of, or have refugee status in, an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person
- Be a permanent resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Be unable to afford to study in the United Kingdom without scholarship support
- Be available to start full-time study in the UK by September or October 2026
- Have an undergraduate degree of at least upper second-class honours, or a lower second-class degree with a relevant postgraduate qualification
- Submit all required supporting documents in the correct format via the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission online system
- Be committed to returning to their home country after completing the scholarship
- Applicants who have studied or worked in a high-income country for more than one year may be ineligible
- MBA programs are not funded under this scheme
