Eligibility Criteria for the Celia Forrest Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Student Award:

The applicants must:

Be of any nationality.
Be a women’s, gender, and sexuality studies major or minor or queer studies minor on the Pullman campus.
Demonstrate an application of feminist and/or queer theory to their life.
Have shown excellence in course-related research.

Application Process:

The applications should include the following documents in the nomination form:
- An essay describing experience with feminist/queer theory or studies pertaining to the two criteria above.
- A resume or CV.
Self-nominations are appropriate and encouraged. WGSS faculty may also nominate students.
Application deadline is April 11, 2025.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates will be awarded with an award amount of $2,000.
