Introduction:

The Claud and Kate Delpratt Memorial Scholarship was established through a donation by Helen Delpratt to the University of Western Australia and the University of Queensland. The scholarship is named after her parents, Claud and Kate Delpratt, and is designed to assist Indigenous Australian students studying medicine or biomedical sciences.

Eligibility requirements for the Claud and Kate Delpratt Memorial Scholarship at the University of Western Australia:

Applicants must be an Australian Indigenous person
Be enrolled, or eligible to enroll: Full-time, in their first semester of study.
Either a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Specialized) or Doctor of Medicine

Value of the scholarship:

A full-time student will be awarded AUD 189,000.
