The scholarship is designed to encourage and support students admitted to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at Université Laval who are pursuing an essay or dissertation related to parliamentary or governmental institutions.
Eligibility Criteria for Excellence Scholarship Class of 1963 on Parliamentary or Governmental Institutions:
Applicants must:
- Be admitted to the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program (essay or dissertation option) for Winter or Fall.
- Be registered full-time in Fall (minimum 12 credits) or hold the status of “Deemed full-time” under Financial Aid for Studies, or be recognized as a student parent by Université Laval.
- Have an excellent academic record.
- Write an essay or dissertation on a topic related to parliamentary or governmental institutions.
