Chubb Actuarial Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington

Chubb Life Insurance NZ Ltd supports the actuarial profession by encouraging students to pursue Actuarial Science at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. The award aims to promote actuarial careers and highlight Chubb as an employer providing health and well-being solutions across New Zealand.

Eligibility Criteria for Chubb Actuarial Scholarship: 

• Open to domestic and international students residing in New Zealand, with preference for those planning to work in the actuarial profession in New Zealand after graduation.
• Applicants should have an A- grade average and be enrolled in their second year or later of a BSc or BCom, majoring in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Selection Criteria for Chubb Actuarial Scholarship:

Selection is based on academic excellence, with applicants required to have an A- grade average and be enrolled full-time at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.

Application Process: A completed online application must be submitted on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

Award: NZD 5,000.
