Eligibility Criteria for the Chong-Hung Zee Engineering Scholarship at Colorado State University 2025:

• Applicants must be international graduate students pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University (CSU).
• Applicants must demonstrate an interest in or commitment to Asian, Pacific Islander, or Asian American communities. This can include, but is not limited to, participation in:
  • The Asian Institute of Technology partner programs with Colorado State University.
  • The CSU Asian Pacific American Culture Center.
  • The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers.
• Preference will be given to students studying water resources, sedimentation, hydraulics, or hydrology.
• Financial need is also a key consideration, with preference given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.
