The American University of Sharjah has initiated Chancellor's Scholars Awards for outstanding students who enrolled in any course of study at the university.
Eligibility for the Chancellor's Scholars Awards:
- Applicants of the Chancellor's Scholars Awards should possess excellent personal qualities and leadership abilities in their community and school.
- Applicants must have contributed in a scientific or literary way to the community and obtained special school or community honors/awards.
- Candidates must have done community service and taken part in school extracurricular activities.
- Candidates must have limited financial resources and have at least 95% or equivalent during the last 3 years of their secondary education.

Benefits:
The successful applicants of the Chancellor's Scholars Awards will receive:
- 75% to 100% of the tuition.
