Applicants must:

Be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country and be required to pay tuition fees in Sweden.
Be applying for a 1st-year Master’s programme at Chalmers University of Technology.
Meet the general admission requirements for the chosen Master’s programme.
Demonstrate academic excellence, including:
- A minimum weighted average grade of 80%
- Consideration of the home university’s academic standing
- Priority order of the application to Chalmers Master’s programmes

Value of Chalmers University of Technology IPOET Scholarship 2026:

75% tuition fee waiver for the full programme (4 semesters / 2 years)
Possible increase to 85% in the second year for students with excellent first-year performance
