Introduction:

The Carl Livingston Award was created by Scott Livingston of Livingston Steel Inc. in memory of his brother Carl Livingston. It supports students in Welding Fabrication programs who are experiencing financial need. The award is intended to help apprentices in their early training years continue their studies in skilled trades.

Eligibility requirement for Carl Livingston Award for Students Enrolled in Welding Fabrication at Holland College 2026 :

Be a resident of Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada
Be enrolled in Welding Fabrication
Be in your 1st or 2nd year of the program
Be studying at Georgetown or West Prince campuses/programs
Demonstrate financial need

Value of the scholarship:

A CAD 500 is awarded to support a full-time student
