Carers Bursary

Introduction: 

The Carers Bursary provides financial support to eligible undergraduate students with caring responsibilities to help support their wellbeing while studying at Ravensbourne University London.

Eligibility criteria of Carers Bursary: 

• The applicant must be a Home (UK) undergraduate student enrolled in the 2026/27 academic year.
• The applicant must be paying home tuition fees of £9,790.
• The applicant must have received the maximum available support from the Student Loans Company.
• The applicant must provide evidence of working with a recognised Young Carers Organisation, previous receipt of Carer's Benefits, or a notification letter from a family GP or Social Worker.

Application process for Carers Bursary: 

• Applicants must contact Student Services and submit the required supporting evidence.
• Applications must be submitted each year of study.

Award: GBP 1,000

Note: The bursary is paid at the start of February after Semester 2 attendance is confirmed.
