Eligibility Criteria for the Care Leaver Bursary:
- Applicants must be UK nationals.
- Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or taught postgraduate UK students.
- Applicants must have spent at least 13 weeks in care, some during their teens, and leaving care within 12 months before starting university.
- Applicants must be a Former relevant child pursuing education, usually meaning they spent at least 13 weeks in care, some during their teens, depending on the local authority.

Value of the Care Leaver Bursary:
The Successful applicants will receive a £1,700 bursary per year ( 4 years in case of Undergraduates and 2 years in case of Postgraduates).
Note: Applicants won't be able to get this bursary alongside the Stand Alone Bursary or Young Carer Bursary.
