Calleo Indigenous Scholarship

The Calleo Indigenous Scholarship has been established to encourage and support a commencing Indigenous student who has experienced hardship to enrol in an undergraduate degree in Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University.

Eligibility criteria  -

• The applicant must be an Australian national.
• They must be commencing student enrolled in or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at a Monash campus in Australia.
•  A score of ATAR 75+ for Indigenous Australians is required.
• You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 each semester.

 Application process -

• The applicants must also surpass all the requirements set by the university.

Award - $8,000 paid for one year only.

Note - To be eligible you must provide a Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage certificate or a certified Statutory Declaration form to the William Cooper Institute.
