    By supporting the leadership development of first-year NC State students who share Chancellor John T. Caldwell's enthusiasm for learning, development, and service, the Caldwell Fellows program honors his memory. Through the provision of comprehensive leadership training and developmental programs, the Caldwell Fellows program facilitates the objective of optimizing the college experience by encouraging scholars to "Think BIG." 

    Eligibility Criteria for the Fellowship:

    • Applicants may come from any nationality.
    • Applicants must be new entrants.
    • Applicants must have a CGPA of 3.25 or above.
    • Applicants must be current first-year undergraduate students at NC State University.
