Caldwell's enthusiasm for learning, development, and service, the Caldwell Fellows program honors his memory. Through the provision of comprehensive leadership training and developmental programs, the Caldwell Fellows program facilitates the objective of optimizing the college experience by encouraging scholars to "Think BIG." Applications are welcome from full-time, first-year NC State students with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.
