    By supporting the leadership development of first-year NC State students who share Chancellor John T. Caldwell's enthusiasm for learning, development, and service, the Caldwell Fellows program honors his memory. Through the provision of comprehensive leadership training and developmental programs, the Caldwell Fellows program facilitates the objective of optimizing the college experience by encouraging scholars to "Think BIG." Applications are welcome from full-time, first-year NC State students with a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above.

    Eligibility for Caldwell Fellowships at NC State University:

    • Candidates should have a strong academic record and have a 3.25 or better GPA.
    • Candidates should have a strong moral sense and should be willing to stand up for the less advantaged.
