Eligibility Criteria for the Bob and Gloria Palmer Scholarship:

Applicants must be seniors enrolled in the College of Media, Communication and Information at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Applicants must be Colorado residents.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Applicants must demonstrate interest in broadcast journalism.
Applicants must show financial need (assessed via FAFSA or CASFA) and academic merit.
Selection is holistic, considering leadership, extracurricular activities, community service, employment, and essay quality.
