Eligibility Criteria for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:

Applicants must:

Be enrolled full-time in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at the College of Nursing (Note: Graduate Certificate students are not eligible).
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (where A = 4.0) throughout the scholarship period.
Be an Arizona resident and/or have tribal citizenship.
Demonstrate a commitment to the health of Arizona citizens or the health of citizens from one of the 22 federally recognized Native American tribes and their corresponding reservations.
Have a focus on preventing and treating mental health conditions in rural and underserved communities within Arizona.
