Overview
The Australian National University (ANU) has initiated the Ben Williams Student Support Grant. Objective of the Ben Williams Student Support Grant to support and encourage students with excellent academic merit who possess an outgoing personality and are enrolled to study at University.
Eligibility for The Ben Williams Student Support Grant:
- Applicants must be an international or domestic student.
- Applicants must be experiencing special difficulties and require financial assistance to continue and/or to complete their studies. Such cases as, but not exclusively related to, mental illness, disability, extended sickness or family issues are examples of those that may qualify for assistance.
- Applicants must have enrolled in either an undergraduate or postgraduate program offered by the following Research School of Physics:
- Honours program in Physics
- Bachelor of Science (majoring in Physics)
- Bachelor of Philosophy (majoring in Physics)
- Master of Photonics
- Master of Nuclear Science
- Master of Philosophy (specialising in Physics)
- Doctor of Philosophy (specialising in Physics)
Value of The Ben Williams Student Support Grant:
The successful applicants of The Ben Williams Student Support Grant will receive an amount of $14,000 per annum, which may be shared among multiple recipients.
