The BC Northern Real Estate Board Award at the University of Northern British Columbia supports full-time undergraduate students who have completed at least 30 credit hours and have a connection to the BC Northern Real Estate Board or reside within its specified geographical region.

Eligibility Criteria for the BC Northern Real Estate Board Award at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at UNBC.
• Applicants must have completed at least 30 credit hours.
• Applicants must be a BC Northern Real Estate Board member or a relative of a member.
• Applicants must have a hometown within the specified BC Northern Real Estate Board region, excluding Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, and Tumbler Ridge.
• Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic standing.
• If no eligible Board member or relative applies, the award may be given to another eligible student residing within the specified region.

Application Process for the BC Northern Real Estate Board Award at the University of Northern British Columbia 2026:

• Applicants who are relatives of a Board member must submit a statement confirming this relationship to the Awards Office.
