Overview

The BAFTA's UK Scholarships Programme is open to British citizens in need of financial assistance to study eligible undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK. BAFTA will make a contribution towards living expenses for undergraduate courses, but only those going into their 2nd or 3rd year of study are eligible to apply.

Eligibility for the BAFTA's UK Scholarships Programme:

  • BAFTA's UK Scholarships Programme to assist students who need financial assistance.
  • The candidates applying should be working towards their post-graduate studies.
  • BAFTA's UK Scholarships Programme is open to British Citizens.
  • The candidates will receive mentoring support from a BAFTA member, and free access to BAFTA events around the UK.

Value: 

  • Postgraduate students who are BAFTA Scholars are eligible to receive up to £12,000 (or a maximum of £20,000 over two years) toward their annual course fees. 
  • For undergraduate courses, BAFTA will help with living expenses; however, if the study lasts three or four years
