    • Identify as a woman.
    • Be from a rural/regional area.
    • Be enrolling full-time (or part-time in extenuating circumstances) in the first or second year of a Bachelor of Engineering program (Adv Manufacturing & Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic & Computer Systems, or Mechanical) at RMIT.
    • Demonstrate circumstances impacting study (financial need, disability, foster care, underrepresented background).
    • Be eligible for an Australian Government Security Clearance.
    • Preferably not already receiving an industry scholarship of more than $15,000/year.
