Babcock Canada Indigenous Student Award of Excellence

The Babcock Canada Indigenous Student Award of Excellence is supported by Babcock Canada and recognizes outstanding Indigenous students pursuing their education in the School of Technology or Business.

Eligibility criteria for the Babcock Canada Indigenous Student Award of Excellence:

• Applicants must self-identify as Indigenous, including First Nations, Inuit, or Metis.
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in any program within the School of Technology or Business at the college.
• Applicants must have been enrolled within the 12 months before the award application deadline.
• Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 5.0 (B).
• Preference is given to applicants interested in careers aligned with Babcock's areas of operation, including engineering, technology, business management,
• Human Resources, and related marine, aviation, or land industries.

Application process for the Babcock Canada Indigenous Student Award of Excellence:

• Applicants must provide a letter of support from their First Nation, Native Friendship Centre, Community Leader, or Sponsor demonstrating community involvement or Indigenous advocacy.
• Applicants must submit all supporting documentation by the deadline.
• Applicants must submit the required application form through the university's official website.
