Eligibility for Axel Adler Scholarships:

Applicants must:

  • Be required to pay tuition fees in Sweden (i.e., be a non-EU/EEA citizen or otherwise fee-paying).
  • Apply for an international campus-based Bachelor’s or Master’s program at the University of Gothenburg as their first priority at universityadmissions.se.
  • Submit their study application by 15 January 2026.
  • Pay the application fee and document eligibility by 2 February 2026 on universityadmissions.se.
  • Receive an email invitation to apply for the scholarship and complete the CV and Letter of Motivation in the scholarship application system.

Application process:

  • The candidates should first apply to a program at the University of Gothenburg as their priority through the university's admissions portal.
  • Eligible candidates will be sent an invitation to apply for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship:

  • Full tuition fee waiver for the selected Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
  • Awarded to one student per program, except:
    • Artistic Faculty: total of four scholarships shared across all programs.
