Overview

The AUN-DPPnet Postgraduate Scholarship is available to candidates who have outstanding academic achievements from ASEAN nations interested in advancing their education in public policy at chosen universities as part of the ASEAN University Network.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be passport holders of ASEAN member nations.
  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Applicants must exhibit superior academic standing.
  • Applicants must be certified persons with disability.
  • Applicants must have a confirmed letter of admission at any AUN member universities.
  • Applicants who currently hold a master's degree are eligible.

Application Process:

  • Eligible candidates must complete and apply to the Universiti Malaya AUN DPPnet email address.
  • The candidates must submit the following documents:
    • A copy of the admission letter.
    • Attested copies of transcripts.
    • Attested copies of testimonials.
    • Most recent CV.
    • An essay (600 words) describing work experience.
    • Letter of recommendation from employer or institution addressed to AUN-DPPnet

Value of the Scholarship:

  • Selected candidates are awarded the following benefits:
    • Tuition fee,
    • Placement,
    • Flight ticket,
    • A monthly stipend of USD 700,
    • A one-off payment of USD 220 for book and materials,
    • Sign language interpreter,
    • Personal and technology assistance,
    • Conference allowance.
