Overview

Several £10,000 scholarships are available from the university to help students from wider backgrounds pursue the MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The scholarship is intended for full-time study in the academic year 2024–2025.

Eligibility for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Bursaries at the University of Hull:

To be eligible for the scholarships funded by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) and the Office for Artificial Intelligence (OAI), applicants must meet the following UK Government nationality or residency criteria:

  • Applicants Be a UK national, an Irish citizen, or have settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme or indefinite leave to remain. 
  • Applicants usually reside in England. 
  • Applicants must have lived in the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man for at least 3 consecutive years prior to the start of the first academic year of your course.

OR 

  • Applicants must be refugees (including dependents). 
  • Applicants must have humanitarian protection (including dependents). 
  • Applicants must be stateless individuals (including dependents).
