History: Friends of Annette Black have graciously donated funds for this award in her honor and memory. Throughout her incredibly successful career, Annette held a number of important positions within the New Zealand Law Society. She was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2015, a recognition of her efforts to advance legal education.
Description:
This scholarship was generously funded by friends of Annette Black to encourage and support students to pursue postgraduate study in History at the Victoria University of Wellington.
