Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Spring)

The Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Spring) supports full-time students enrolled in the Animal Health Technology Diploma program at Olds College.

Eligibility criteria for the Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Spring):

• Applicants must be enrolled full-time.
• Applicants must be enrolled in the Animal Health Technology Diploma program at the college.
• Applicants must demonstrate satisfactory academic achievement.
• Applicants must demonstrate professionalism and skills that represent the veterinary profession well.
• Applicants must demonstrate well-rounded skills in both large and small animals.
• Applicants must participate in the community and demonstrate an attitude of volunteerism.
• Applicants must participate in classroom and/or community volunteer activities.
• The recipient will be nominated by instructional staff.
• One student is selected from each VT Diploma intake (summer, fall, and winter).

Application process for the Alberta Veterinary Technologist Association VT Award (Spring):

• Eligible students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
