Al-Yafei International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2017

University of Leicester alumnus offers Al-Yafei International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2017 to help other international students.

Eligibility

• The applicants of Al-Yafei International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2017 should be enrolled as an international student (non-EU) in the university for fee purposes.
• If the applicant fails to demonstrate the normal progress of his/her studies or suspends his/her study, then the scholarship will be discontinued.
• If any industrial placement or study abroad/exchange programme is undertaken by the candidate, the scholarship will not be awarded in that year.
• The candidate should be receiving only one University of Leicester scholarship.
• The Al-Yafei International Undergraduate Scholarship, 2017 is awarded is towards tuition fees.
• The candidates enrolled for MBChB degree in Medicine are not eligible for the scholarship.

Documents required

• Official copies and transcripts of the previous programmes of study obtained since age 16.
• A personal statement explaining the academic performance, reasons for applying to the University of Leicester and the Al-Yafei International Undergraduate Scholarship should be submitted in not more than 500 words.
• Reference is required from a suitably-qualified person on the candidate's academic performance.
