Overview
AICPA Foundation CPA Exam Scholarship was created to assist students and CPA candidates with some of the costs associated with taking the CPA Exam. At least 75 extraordinary applicants will be paid up to USD 1,000 in a lump sum to reimburse for exam fees and CPA exam preparatory courses.
Eligibility Criteria for AICPA Foundation CPA Exam Grant 2026:
- Applicants must be an AICPA Student Affiliate member or an AICPA CPA Exam Candidate Affiliate member.
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder).
- Applicants must be planning to pursue CPA licensure but not currently be a CPA.
- Applicants must provide proof of eligibility by submitting a copy of their Notice To Schedule to sit for at least one part of the exam.
- Applicant must not have passed the CPA Exam.
- Applicants must be able to describe why they need financial help to cover CPA Exam expenses.
- Applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship, grant, or employer reimbursement that would fully cover/reimburse exam costs and preparatory courses.
Application Process:
- Interested candidates must submit an online application along with the following documents:
- Most recent CV,
- A copy of the Notice to Schedule and a copy of the receipt for payment of exam application fees.
- The unofficial or official-student-issued academic transcripts from the graduate and/or undergraduate degree where the 120 or 150 credit hour requirement was met.
Value of the Scholarship:
Selected candidates are awarded a sum of up to USD 1,000.
