A grant for students experiencing financial disadvantage and who are required to undertake an unpaid practical or work placement as part of their degree.
Eligibility for the Achieving Potential Placement Grant:
- Applicants must be commencing or current students enrolled or intending to enroll in an eligible undergraduate degree at a Monash campus in Australia.
- Candidates are required to undertake an unpaid practical or work placement for a minimum of 10 days as part of their degree.
- Students must be Australian citizens New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents or Australian humanitarian visa holders.
- Must have low income.
Value of the scholarship:
Successful applicants of the Achieving Potential Placement Grant will receive a $1000 one-off payment.
